Biographies

Soprano, Ella Kirkpatrick

Ella Kirkpatrick was awarded a music scholarship to study at Giggleswick School in North Yorkshire. In  2000, she went on to read Music at Leeds University.  Ella is now in her second postgraduate year at the Royal Northern College of Music, studying with Barbara Robotham.

 

Viola, Carmen Craven-Grew

Carmen Craven Grew studied at the prestigious Yehudi Menhuin School before entering the Royal Northern College of Music.  During this time she was the recipient of an Associated Board Music Scholarship and won numerous prizes.  She is currently playing with the Hallé under the Professional Access scheme, and is continuing her postgraduate studies at RNCM. 

 

Piano, Angela Brzezinka

Angela Brzezinka studied music at the University of Leeds, contemporary piano performance at Saxion Conservatorium (Holland) and Advanced Piano Accompaniment at the Royal Northern College of Music.  During this time she achieved a first class honours degree, was awarded numerous scholarships, including an Allcart Award, and won several concerto competitions and piano accompaniment prizes.
